Handcrafted by Everett Noel, this limited-edition spreader knife is made from brass and hand-carved redwood.

Noel (b. 1998), who forged his first knife at thirteen in the Sierra Foothills, brings the same thoughtful precision to each piece he creates. His process remains deeply intimate – shaping brass, carving wood from local sources, and refining each curve to fit naturally in the hand.

Designed onsite at the Blunk House, the spreader’s handle takes inspiration from the ridgelines surrounding the property, its organic form echoing Blunk’s own reverence for the Northern California landscape. Like the home itself, it balances utility and sculptural presence.

Each knife is handmade and carries its own subtle variations.
