This walnut plate draws from the original made by JB Blunk, which was used daily by the family in the Blunk House in Inverness, California. Handmade by Inverness-based carpenter Sam Lillestol, each plate embodies simplicity of functional objects made to be lived with, and the decorative marks of the artist’s hand. Available individually or as a set, it honors Blunk’s legacy of craftsmanship as a way of life.

Each plate is handmade and carries its own subtle variations.
