This series of four walnut plates draws from the originals made by JB Blunk, which were used daily by the family in the Blunk House in Inverness, California. Handmade by Inverness-based woodworker Sam Lillestol, each plate embodies simplicity of functional objects made to be lived with, and the decorative marks of the artist’s hand. Available individually or as a set, they honor Blunk’s legacy of craftsmanship as a way of life.
